- The Navajo 1 language class meets the Navajo Nation Chief Manuelito Scholarship language criteria. High School Students Only (9th -12th graders only)

- 2026-27 Navajo I (READ and WRITE) Zoom for the Chief Manuelito Scholarship starts Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 4 pm to 5 pm. To register for the online class, please register here.
- Navajo ll is an optional class. It is not needed for the Chief Manuelito Scholarship. Two Navajo classes in high school can replace foreign language classes in some University classes. You may be able to talk to the University you will attend to see whether foreign language classes can be waived if you take Navajo I and II.
- 2026-27 Navajo II (THINK and SPEAK) Zoom will be taught on Wednesdays starting September 16, 2026, from 4 pm to 5 pm. Please register here.
